Comfortable luxury accommodation overlooking the Vale of Llangollen.
The Hay Loft is a holiday let located within the grounds of Bryn Oerog, a large Victorian house set in a spacious garden area and 28 acres of land, overlooking the stunning Vale of Llangollen, located on the outskirts of the village of Trevor. It has been professionally appointed to provide comfortable luxury accommodation with two double bedrooms with en suite facilities and a spacious kitchen, living and office area, all with beautiful views through picture windows over the surrounding countryside.
Main Bedroom
(Double)
This bedroom has its own dressing room attached and overlooks our boundary field adjoining the village.
The Second Bedroom
(Double or Twin)
Whilst this is a very comfortable room it is smaller than the main bedroom. It has a large picture window through which the spectacular views over the valley may be enjoyed. It has its own en suite shower room
Living Area
The Living area contains a large L-shaped sofa, wicker chair and widescreen tv. This comfortable space has original beams to the ceiling with generous lighting and overlooks the private garden.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all the usual fittings such as a cooker, fridge and deep freeze but also others to include a microwave, specialist grill, dish washer and breakfast bar.
Outdoor Area
The Hay Loft has it’s own private garden which, although in close proximity to the road way, has a large wooded barrier that mitigates the same. There is a lawned area and large patio that contains outdoor dinning and seating arrangements and a bbq.
Stunning Views
The properties are in elevated locations allowing the picture windows within the Hay Loft access to the stunning views that the property has over the adjoining valley and hills. It really is a truly picturesque setting.
Bathroom
This bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a w/c, washbasin and towel rail.
En Suite Shower Room
This room contains the shower, w/c and wash hand basin with vanity mirror.
En Suite Bathroom
This bathroom has a bath with integral shower unit, w/c and washbasin. It has a vanity mirror and an unusual turret ceiling.
